Trainer/facilitator on ‘IDEALS’ programme. This is an international sport based leadership programme involving the UK, South Africa, and Zambia.

2007/08 - Lead Trainer for ‘International Inspiration’ programme held in Palau, Micronesia. As the initial training intervention in a two year programme this involved advising the Palau Ministry of Education and National Olympic Committee on physical education reform, and training local teachers, sports development coaches, and students.

Sept 08 - March 09: PE and Sport Development Consultant

• To work with the 12 Brazil and 12 UK International Inspiration schools to develop a good practice resource to support PE and whole school development
• To provide PE advisory support to support delivery of the partnership plan
